New Student Orientation: Announce organization/pass out membership forms.
Membership Meeting: Explained what is happening in upcoming semester (tours, techbytes, digital poster conference), Passed out information about organization with websites, Passed out a ballot so people could vote for where they wanted to do tours, membership forms, dues (I would have membership roster and have people sign in so we know who attended the meeting and to keep track of new members.
Updated Website: Kimberly, our webmaster redesigned everything for a new website.
Facebook and Twitter: Photos and events shared.
SAPFB: Partial Reimbursement for Fall conference/Application for funds initiated.
Three Tours: Institute for Astronomy (IfA) Library, SGT. Yano Military Library, JABSOM Medical Library (fliers designed, rides arranged, thank you cards sent to librarians who hosted tour).
Denver ASIST TechBytes: Arranged one for DU with David Dewane of Librii.
Digital Poster Conference
Board bonding: Met at Uncle Bo’s to thank old members for service and initiate new ones.
Binder organization: Placed all old emails, fliers, and relevant documents in a new binder so future board members have direction.
